Here are Troop 104's most recent events! (If we remembered to update the page...)
After several weeks of discussing snow safety, gear, and packing, scouts traveled to Soda Springs, where they built Quinzhees in the snow. The older scouts slept in their shelter, but the one built by the younger scouts collapsed, so they tented. Maybe next time!
Troop 104 attended the Golden Gate Area Council's annual Camporee, where they participated in competitions against other troops. Activities included cooking, building a trebuchet, and first aid practice. They earned a first place ribbon!
The Sundar Shadi Display is a historical display erected every December on the hillside of Moeser Avenue in El Cerrito. Scouts helped unpack the figures, set up fencing to protect the area, and install the village.

Troop 104 organized a hike around Angel Island, along with some younger scouts from Pack 104. The ultimate destination was this field filled with springy bushes, which make a fantastic natural trampoline. Scouts made lunch and played frisbee with a beautiful view of the bay.
